That descibes this Sunday’s “2016 TD Hub on Wheels” ride that begins with registration at 6:00am. The ride departs City Hall Plaza and takes over city streets between 7:45am and 8:00am—especially that “car-free” Storrow Drive! Please plan to give yourself a bit of extra time to avoid those on two wheels and to find parking they haven’t used to bring those bikes into the city.
