Shine is a generosity journey for the First Lutheran Church of Boston that was launched in September. If you’ve heard Pastor’s sermons and the video series during the Bible study hour, you’ll know that we’ve been focusing on God’s radical generosity towards us, his people. In the upcoming weeks, we will continue to focus on God’s amazing generosity. But now we are also starting to think about our response to God’s radical generosity. As our children took inventory of what they have to share this summer through the quilt that they made, we the adults of the congregation should now start to think about what we’re going to build through our combined acts of generosity.
Please take some time to watch this video. It describes the incredible gifts we’ve been given as a congregation, and the opportunities we’ve been provided with to use those gifts.
