Pastor Ingo Dutzmann was interviewed by the Boston Herald as one of several Bostonians with strong German ties.

Local German natives an ocean away are grieving for the school that lost 16 students and for the city of Duesseldorf that never saw Flight 9525 return home with its 150 passengers.“It’s awful,” said the Rev. Ingo Dutzmann, senior pastor at the First Lutheran Church of Boston. “We share with them across the miles that we feel deeply for their pain.”
