Special Bible Study
On Sunday morning, August 18, Rev. Ralph Schmidt, Director of Development for Orphan Grain Train and former member at First Lutheran, will present the Bible Study at 9:45AM. His focus will be the exciting work Orphan Grain Train is carrying on throughout the world as it distributes clothing, medical supplies and food to countless thousands of needy people. He will also highlight the new work being launched in our New England District as we join together to carry on a great work of the Lord. Orphan Grain Train is a Christian volunteer network that shares personal and material resources with needy people in America and around the world. Grain Train volunteers gather donations of clothing, medical supplies, food, Christian literature, and other aid to meet real needs.
