John Hawkins is Director of Stewardship Lutherans For Life (LFL), a position he has held since May 2014. Prior to Joining LFL, he spent over 20 years with other Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod Ministries. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, John holds BA and MBA degrees from the University of Detroit (Jesuit). He and his family moved to Texas in 1985. He has also been active in Life causes, having previously served as an officer of both an LFL chapter in Texas and a member of the Board of Directors of the Waco Crisis Pregnancy Center. It should also be noted that Boston, Massachusetts was also mentioned every Sunday to John while growing up, as he spent his entire youth in a Christian Science Sunday School(!)
