In addition to our traditional Holy Week services, we have two fun fellowship traditions here at First Lutheran – our Palm Sunday Egg Hunt on April 14, and our Easter brunch between services on April 21.
On April 14, children will assemble in the sanctuary during the usual Sunday school hour (9:30) for a short lesson about Easter before hunting eggs on Commonwealth Avenue. Following the egg hunt, children will trade their plastic eggs for prizes in their Sunday school rooms and have refreshments. Volunteers are needed to make this a success! Please sign up here.
On April 21, members, friends, and visitors are invited to join us for a delicious Easter brunch from 9:30-10:30 between the early and late services. Again, volunteers are needed! Please sign up here.
