The Lutheran Women’s Missionary League 2013 convention will take place in June in Pittsburgh, PA. It is an expensive job to gather 4,000 women from across the country for the purpose of serving the world in a wide range of missions and to share the Gospel of Christ. We would like to recycle your trash to raise funds to help with these expenses. If you have Used Cell Phones, PDAs, MP3 Players/iPods, Digital Cameras, DVD Video Games/Players, GPS Systems, Laptops, Calculators or Empty Laser Printer Cartridges, please consider donating them to us.
This event is open to all. Consider taking advantage of the opportunity to fellowship with other Lutheran women, attend workshops and worship and commune in such a large group. First Lutheran Church’s own Mary Reuning was elected Eastern Zone Delegate and will be voting on which Lutheran charities that LWML will fund in the next biennium.
