A note of thanks from First Lutheran Church to all who participated in the Bach Around the Clock on Saturday, March 16. Please join us again next year around this time. Principal organizers from First Lutheran Church,  Balint Karosi and from the Boston American Guild of Organists, Joyce Painte Rice have offered some further reflections on the day here.

Balint Karosi, Minister of Music at First Lutheran Church has posted photos from throughout the day here.

WGBH, our partner along with the Boston Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, has posted all of the day’s proceedings on their website with photos, recordings and programs. If you missed any of the day’s events, they are all recorded here (except the German lunch!).

My wife and I attended Bach Around the Clock on Saturday and would like to commend First Lutheran for hosting this event. The facilities were comfortable and beautiful; the setting was perfect. Thank you. The German lunch was excellent and well organized.

We listen to Classical New England on Cape Cod over WGBH-HD2 almost constantly. We have known former members of First Lutheran who spoke well of the congregation and we now can confirm these views.

    Again. Thank you.

Mr. Werner, thanks for attending and taking the time to drop us a note. Both are much appreciated and we’re glad the Bach Around the Clock event and First Lutheran Church brought such a positive response. Hope you can attend next year or enjoy some of the other musical offerings FLC has throughout the year.
